5 miles @ 9:40 pace on the treadmill. 50 minutes..last 25 at 1.0 incline. With two kids and a husband who works really long hours...I can't really get out on the road during the week, unless I wake up at an obscene hour..so the treadmill is as good as it gets for now. I have backed off on my pace though, my BQ qualifying pace is 8:15 and I am running 9:40 runs. This has definitely made my legs feel better and has allowed me to keep up my mileage lately. |
